Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed exchange fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate user access at any time for conduct that violates these terms or applicable law. Users may also discontinue use of the service at their own discretion.
